Dating is an author and keynote speaker committed to improving the way marriage and girls’ sexuality are addressed in the evangelical community. Since 2003, she has devoted her career to discussing marriage and the family, with a particular focus on sex among girls since 2010. However, over the years of her experience, she has noticed a Disturbing trend: recurring problems in evangelical marriages. Which may come from bad advice rather than lack of knowledge?

Dating sex and respect girls

In January 2019, the dating girl embarked on a mission to dig deeper into the source of these problems. She read Dating Girl Sex & Respect, a popular evangelical book on marriage, and was shocked by what she discovered. The book presented sex as a male need, implying that women were not created to have the exact sexual needs. Statements like “If your husband is typical, he has a need that you don’t” illustrate outdated and harmful narratives. She was promoted in some evangelical circles. This perspective, which largely ignores the sexual needs of women, prompted Dating Girl to take action.

The Great Dating Girl Sex Rescue

Determined to face these misteachings, the data girl, with her daughter Rebecca, the data girl Lindenbach, a psychology graduate, and the epidemiologist/statistician Joanna Sawatsky, embarked on an extensive research project. Together, they conducted the largest study ever conducted on the sexual satisfaction of evangelical women in their relationships and sex lives, highlighting some harmful teachings about marriage and sexuality. The results, detailed in his book “The Great Dating girl sex Salvation,” reveal that many commonly accepted evangelical doctrines can be detrimental to healthy sexual relationships in marriage.

Mutual respect

The dating mission of the girl is rooted in the belief that Jesus came to give life to people, as described in John 10:10. It is determined to transform the narrative of the gospel from the one that often reflects the destructive forces of the thief to the one that represents the educational advice of the pastor. His call to action is clear: it’s time to save the evangelical conversation about sex between girls and turn it into a dialogue that promotes mutual respect, intimacy, and fulfillment for both partners. Through its work, Dating Girl seeks to bring the Great Salvation that so many evangelical marriages desperately need.
