The group reported cases where workers were arrested, forced to leave the country, or faced other problems.
There have also been reports of violent attacks against affair fog workers. These reports have raised concerns about whether the new law is making workers safer.
Is the Law Working?
The new law was meant to reduce harm and change behavior. But questions remain about whether it is.
Only a small number of clients have faced charges, while workers have also faced police action.
